Pricing Policy
TSO has a well defined payment policy for all the patients seeking medical opinion from its consultants
- All patients booking with mobile number from “Territory of India” will be charged at Rs 1000/- per 30 minute video-consultation
- For other countries the charges are country specific and may be searched from the widget below
- The fee is the same for first and subsequent visits for all countries, including India
- Patients/guardians must be prepared that the fee may not be covered by insurance
- All payments are collected online (either through Razor pay or company Q R code) into the TSO account after the payment process is completed by the patient/guardian
- No cash payments are accepted by TSO and patients are warned not to give cash to any agent for an appointment with consultants of TSO.
- No extra charges for family members joining in consultation
- Refunds requested 2 weeks after appointment date will not be entertained
- Prices are subject to change periodically, if necessary
Additional charges are applicable for the following after taking patient consent
1. Multi-disciplinary consults involving more than one consultant for a patient.
2. Counseling for fetal problems (Perinatal counseling)
3. Psychological Assessment and Reporting
4. Any other as new situations arise
